Over the past year, our media sponsors and partners have been working hard, not only to promote the Savannah Mile and Red White & Blue Barbecue, but to tell the story of The Two Hundred Club.  As a membership organization, it is important for all to appreciate this partnership since membership and awareness are so very important.  WE owe our continued gratitude to Two Hundred Club Board Member Doug Weathers for working hard to develop these critical relationships.

The Savannah Morning news and the Morris Publishing Group continue to promote all that we do and remind subscribers of our fundraising events.  Additionally, the Savannah Morning News has always donated prime “real estate” allowing all who supported the Savannah Mile to be recognized publicly.

Additionally, WTOC aired a terrific special, this special featured Tak Argentinis and is a powerful package designed to raise awareness and tell of the Two Hundred Cub’s history and focused mission.  I encourage all to watch.

Furthermore, WSAV aired a terrific story of the Two Hundred Club, including an interview with Felicia Collins, wife of Officer Melvin Collins who gave his life protecting innocence from evil.

WJCL ran a terrific piece with an overview of our mission and the Savannah Mile.

The Spirit Newspaper published an in depth article regarding what we do and why we do it.

BOB106.9 and the terrific team at Alpha Media conducted live radio interviews during their “Prime Time”.

1021 NASH ICON and the team at Cumulus have aired in depth interviews helping to raise awareness.

WE are extremely blessed to have so many partners in the media.  With all the news available, we send our gratitude for these partners for using valuable  time and resources to raise awareness.

We thank each and every one and encourage each of you to follow the features in print, online and on air.

Thank you,
Mark
